About

A wall against the wind, printed with your name.

Customized Windbreakers makes wind shells in bulk — classic team jackets, packables, staff and event colourways, anoraks, youth cuts and multi-season programmes.

Custom printed windbreakers with logo

The windbreaker is the most misunderstood jacket in the kit bag: too thin to be warm, too light to be serious, and somehow the layer that saves every cold touchline.

The trick is physics, not fabric. Wind chill is your own body heat being stripped away by moving air, and a tightly woven shell simply stops the theft. The warmth was yours all along; the jacket is the wall.

We build walls, honestly described, with your name across the back.

Why we exist

Windbreaker orders go wrong in familiar ways: shells sold as rain jackets that soak through at the first real weather, crew sizes ordered on t-shirt logic that will not close over a hoodie, youth jackets that are just shrunk adult cuts, and season two arriving in a navy that almost matches season one.

Every one of those is a specification failure, decided before printing — which is where we do our work.

The physics, said plainly

A windbreaker does not generate warmth; it prevents its loss. Moving air strips heat by convection, and a tightly woven shell with closed cuffs and a drawcord hem kills that convection.

That is why the layer under the shell matters — it is the insulation — and why we ask what your people wear underneath before we talk about sizes.

Windproof is not waterproof

The DWR finish sheds drizzle and the fabric shrugs a brief shower. The seams are not taped, and a windbreaker is not rain gear.

We print this fact on quotes because the alternative — a crew soaked at their first storm — costs more than the sale was worth. When the brief is rain, we say so and point at a different jacket.

The back panel is the billboard

Worn over everything else, the windbreaker is the garment guaranteed to be visible — and its back panel is the largest uninterrupted print surface in team wear.

Crests, wordmarks and STAFF lettering are designed for that panel first, sized for distance. Anoraks add the unbroken front no full zip can offer.

Packed size is a spec

A windbreaker’s natural state is stuffed in a bag, waiting for weather. Our packables stow into their own pocket, the packed size goes on the quote, and the pouch clips to a bag.

The shell that was left at home breaks no wind. Packability is what decides whether it was there.

Cut for the actual wearer

Crew and staff shells run a size generous by design, because they go over unpredictable layers. Youth shells are proportioned cuts with cuffs that reach wrists and name labels inside — never shrunk adult jackets.

The size curve is supplied with the quote, and on programmes it learns from what your roster actually wore.

How we price

No dollar figures on this site. Price moves with the build, the colourway count, the print and the quantity, and it falls steeply across squads, schools and multi-season programmes. Send the details and a real quote comes back the same day, with a lowest-price guarantee if you are already holding a cheaper one.

What we will talk you out of

A windbreaker for a rain brief. Crew sizes on t-shirt logic. Shrunk-adult youth jackets. Fine detail printed at back-panel distance. And a second season ordered without the first season’s colour reference.

Every one of those costs us money to say and saves you a kit bag of regret.
